Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. Nothing! Once you’ve submitted your trade in order we’ll supply you with a reply paid shipping option to send your device in safely.
Q. Is my data secure?
A. Although we recommend to factory reset your device before sending it, our first step on receipt is to run the device through state of the art globally recognized erasure software which will obliterate any traces of data left on your phone.
Q. How will I get paid?
A. We offer payment through either Paypal or Bank deposit.
Q. How quickly can I get paid?
A. We will pay out within 24 hours of receiving your device in our warehouse (as long as everything matches the information you’ve provided us with).
Q. Can I trade in a faulty or dead device?
A. Definitely! We offer an option for both faulty or dead devices, however we will not accept a device if it is locked or blocked.
